By placing an order with Yanna Collection Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

Orders & Processing

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct lengths, quantities, and products.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders will be shipped or made available for pickup once processing is complete. You will receive an update when your order is ready.

Shipping

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Yanna Collection Co. is not responsible for carrier delays. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier to begin a claim.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for eligible orders. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Orders must be picked up within the timeframe provided in your confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our hair products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been installed, washed, colored, cut, chemically processed, altered, or removed from its original packaging/bundling.

If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, contact Yanna Collection Co. within 48 hours of receiving your order. The hair must remain unused and unaltered while the issue is reviewed.

Raw Hair Disclaimer

Our Cambodian Raw Hair is minimally processed. Because raw hair comes from human donors, natural variations in color, wave pattern, and texture may occur between bundles. These variations are normal and part of the uniqueness of raw hair.

Hair longevity depends on installation, maintenance, products used, coloring/chemical processing, heat usage, and overall care. We cannot guarantee a specific lifespan.

Coloring & Chemical Processing

Our raw hair can be customized; however, coloring, bleaching, or chemically processing hair is done at the customer's own risk.

Yanna Collection Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from improper coloring, bleaching, excessive heat, or chemical processing performed after purchase.

Hair + Install Appointments

Hair + Install packages require the deposit stated at booking. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your remaining balance.

Appointment changes, cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are subject to Tha Yanna Experience booking policies.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to address your concern.

Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed using order confirmations, tracking information, communication records, pickup confirmation, appointment records, and other applicable documentation.

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed your order information and agree to Yanna Collection Co.'s policies.
